Factual Basis

Du Wors stipulated to suspension based on his conduct related to an automobile accident and insurance claim. Specifically, he admitted to:

  1. Committing acts that resulted in conviction for hit and run - unattended vehicle
  2. Committing acts that resulted in conviction for driving under the influence
  3. Making false statements to police
  4. Making false statements to his insurance company regarding:
    • The hit and run incident
    • His insurance claim
